　　GF-1 is equipped with two multispectral scanners with 2m resolution panchromatic and 8m resolution and 4 multispectral scanners with 16m resolution. The satellite engineering has made breakthrough on optical remote sensing technology integrating high space resolution, multispectrum and high time resolution, multi-load image stitching and fusion technology, high-precision high-stability posture control technology, high reliable satellite technology with 5 to 8 years’ service life, high resolution data processing and application technology and other key technologies, which has great strategic significance on promotion of our satellite engineering level and self-sufficiency rate of high resolution data.
